Products are ordered online on the basis of the following general terms and conditions of business (T&C) for online transactions. The user accepts these T&C when they send their online order. Conflicting provisions of the customer only apply if we have expressly confirmed these in writing.
The offers made by Indupro AG on the Internet are subject to confirmation and non-binding. By ordering the goods in the shopping cart, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The customer pledges to provide true information in their order.
Confirmation of receipt of the order will be by an automatically generated e-mail. After the order has been inspected by one of our clerks, we will send the customer a confirmation by e-mail. The sales contract is only formed by this confirmation of the order.
All prices are shown in Swiss francs without VAT. The statutory VAT will be calculated in the shopping cart and at the end of the order and is included in the gross order amount. Any shipping costs will be charged separately.
The price at the time of ordering is decisive for invoicing. Indupro AG expressly reserves the right to change the prices. Our invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date with no deductions. A 3% discount will be granted on cash payments. We reserve the right to complete orders from new or existing customers by cash on delivery or advance payment by agreement.
Deliveries and shipping are only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders can also be collected from the Dietlikon site. Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours. The delivery periods shown on the respective product pages are approximate values; you will be informed of the exact delivery dates in the confirmation of your order. Delays in deliveries never justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the sales contract.
The various applicable shipping costs can be called up via the «Shipping» link.
The goods remain the property of Indupro AG pending payment in full.
Unless expressly specified for the product, the warranty shall be in accordance with the statutory regulations. This shall not affect any extended guarantees of the manufacturer. Claims for damages against both Indupro AG and its employees are excluded unless they have acted with wilful intent or gross negligence.
The delivery must be checked immediately on receipt for damage and missing items. If any damage or loss has been incurred during transport, the recipient must report this immediately to the post office or the relevant carrier.
The customer is obliged to report obvious defects to the goods within 8 days of receipt. Failure to observe this deadline will forfeit all warranty rights for obvious defects. Defects that are not discovered within 8 days despite a careful check must be reported immediately on their discovery. If these are justified complaints within the warranty period, a free replacement delivery or a repair will be carried out at our discretion.
Any personal data provided by the customer in connection with the use of the Indupro AG online service will be processed subject to data protection legislation.
Swiss law shall apply to the exclusion of all else.
Zurich is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship.
Indupro AG reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
Should one or more of the provisions in these T&C be invalid this does not lead to the invalidity of the contract as a whole. The invalid provision will be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
